These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MagicRaiser platform, including our studio, tools, prompt library, community features, and related applications. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Services
MagicRaiser provides an all-in-one responsive AI creation studio that generates multiple digital formats from an integrated workspace.
Our supported AI workflows allow users to create: [1]
Videos: Motion scenes, script beats, transitions, captions, and camera directions.
Sounds: Ambient loops, podcast intros, sound effects (SFX), voice notes, and musical beds.
Code: Responsive HTML, application logic, UI components, websites, and app prototypes.
Games: 2D/3D playable mechanics, scoring ideas, character systems, and level outlines.
Papers: Outlines, resumes, books, academic papers, citations, summaries, and structured arguments.
Images: Moodboard translations, visual prompts, compositions, color palettes, and edited artwork.

2. Platform Compatibility
The service is designed to be cross-platform and responsive. You may access the workspace using a computer, tablet, or mobile device. [1]
3. Subscriptions and Usage Limits
By purchasing a basic plan or subscription tier, you gain access to our unified prompt library and specific monthly resource allocations.
Under the Basic Plan, your monthly limits include: [1, 2]
At least 15 minutes of video generation per month.
Over 900 state-of-the-art images per month.
More than 45 minutes of sound (including audio tracks and music) per month.
Uncapped/countless text generation for papers, documents, and enhanced workflow tools. [1, 2]

Allocations do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless explicitly stated on your User Hub control panel.
4. Community Rules and Member Moderation
MagicRaiser provides collaborative features, public feeds, and group functionalities. To maintain a safe and productive environment, all users must respect others. [1]
A. Content Reporting
Users can report any posted content or prompt variations that violate community standards. Prohibited content categories include, but are not limited to: [1]
Harassment: Bullying behavior or targeting other members.
Inappropriate Content: Mature, explicitly sensitive, or adult material.
Misinformation: Deliberately misleading or false information generated or shared on the platform.
Offensive Behavior: Abusive, derogatory, or hateful language.

B. Member Blocking
Users have the tool to permanently block other members. Confirming a block will immediately execute the following actions:
You will no longer see the blocked member’s posts.
You cannot mention the blocked member in any posts.
You cannot invite the blocked member to workspace groups.
Direct messaging between both accounts will be disabled.
The member will be stripped from your connections, and an automated administration log will be dispatched to site admins for safety review. [1, 2, 3]

5. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
Platform Assets: MagicRaiser owns all rights to the studio layout, proprietary prompt libraries, interface design, animations, and source code.
Generated Outputs: You retain rights to the outputs you formulate using our tools (e.g., your videos, soundtracks, app logic, or games), subject to compliance with these terms and our underlying AI model guidelines. [1]

6. Limitation of Liability
MagicRaiser provides an AI creation toolkit to streamline workflows. We do not guarantee that the generated code blocks, game mechanics, or legal/academic papers will be completely error-free or suited for a specific commercial deployment without human manual review. Users are solely responsible for checking the utility, safety, and accuracy of all outputs before publishing. [1, 2]
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access immediately if you violate our safety protocols, exceed your allocation via unauthorized automation, or engage in community harassment. [1]
